This unique spice combination from West Africa is the perfect rub or addition to beef, poultry and veggies. Mixed in with cous cous or rice dishes it adds the unique taste of a citrusy spice.
This salt is harvested on the island of Molokai by local salt "farmers". Our labels feature original artwork, by Stephanie Heit, of endangered plants found on Molokai to foster a connection between land and sea. Everything we do is based on a passionate belief in our products and preservation of the native habitats and culture of their origin, so we give 5% of all of our product sales to Nature Conservancy Molokai. We encourage everyone to help preserve and sustain these amazing plants.
