Our Philosophy

Our fresh organic herbs and artisanal sea salts transform ordinary weekday meals into memorable culinary feats. And best of all, the execution is effortless. Each product comes with its own simple, foolproof recipe, as well as additional suggested uses.

Forty Oaks Farm is rooted in environmental responsibility and is doing its part to help restore a better planet for our children. Our fresh herb bouquets are 100% organic and sustainably grown. Our sea salts are hand-harvested on the Hawaiian island of Molokai by local farmers who use ancient techniques passed down through generations. We also donate a portion of our proceeds to the Nature Conservancy, a nonprofit organization working to reverse the abuses wrought in endangered regions, plants and animals.

Our concern for the earth extends to our packaging as well. The jars for our sea salts are made from 100% recycled glass, and the lids are made of sustainable and renewable bamboo. We use 100% recycled paper and soy ink for all of our printing.
